Given the existence of a sizable target market made up of buyers who travel to Tehran and its surrounding industrial towns, as well as guests who visit the factories along the way, there is a need and demand for stylish and elegant residences near these industrial zones. This was the primary motivation and foundation for the creation of this project. The contract was in the form of a partnership in construction, with the owner providing the land and our group in charge of the construction and implementation.
